Reaction Time Game

Build the longest clean streak you can. React after the signal—but one early click ends the run.

Start the game, wait until the panel turns green, then activate it quickly. Clicking before green ends the run.

How this reaction time game works

The normal reaction time test measures a fixed five-round session. This game changes the objective: keep a clean streak alive for as long as possible. Each successful signal adds one point. Clicking while the panel is still red ends the run immediately, so anticipation and restraint matter alongside raw speed.

Wait

Every signal uses a random delay so memorizing a rhythm does not help.

React

Click only after the panel turns green. Your time is measured with the browser Performance API.

Survive

Continue for another point—or click early and lock in the run.

What the score means

Your streak is the number of valid reactions before the first false start. Median and best time describe only the successful rounds in that run. A longer streak does not prove faster neurological processing: strategy, attention, display timing, input-device latency, and browser scheduling all affect the result.

The local record is stored only in this browser. Reaction times and streak values are not included in our Google Analytics events. Clearing site storage removes the record.
