This policy explains what stays in your browser, what Google Analytics 4 measures, and the controls available to you.
Reaction-test results
Your five-round results, personal best, and recent score-card history are calculated and stored locally in your browser. We do not transmit reaction-time values to Google Analytics or operate a server-side score database in this phase. You can clear the history from the result card or clear this site’s storage in your browser.
Google Analytics 4
We use Google Analytics 4 with measurement ID G-G59NF74X2M to understand general site usage. Google states that its default implementation can collect user and session statistics, approximate geolocation, browser and device information, page URLs and titles, and a client identifier. GA4 may use first-party cookies such as _ga and _ga_<container-id>.
Our custom tool events do not include your reaction-time scores or personal information.
Your controls
You can block or delete cookies and site storage through your browser. Browser privacy settings, extensions, and Google’s own opt-out tools may also limit Analytics. Blocking Analytics does not prevent the reaction-time test from working.
Information you send
If you contact us through GitHub, the information you choose to publish is handled by GitHub under its own terms and privacy policy. Do not post sensitive personal information in a public issue.

Research and documentation links lead to third-party sites. Their privacy practices are controlled by those organizations.
Children and medical data
The tool does not request age, health information, or an account. Do not use it to submit or infer medical information. The site is for general information and self-tracking, not diagnosis.
