Reaction Time Training: 7-Day Practice Plan
A short, honest practice plan for improving your reaction time test score. Each day pairs a drill with a measurement habit, and the tracker below logs your check-ins locally so you can compare like with like. No fixed-millisecond promises and no account.
Your 7-day plan
Tick each day as you complete it. Your check-ins are stored only in this browser; nothing is uploaded and no account is created.
How to use this plan
- Establish a baseline first. Day 1 gives you the median everything else is compared against.
- Control your setup and time of day. Display, input device, and alertness move a browser score, so keep them constant when you compare.
- Compare medians, not single clicks. One unusually fast round is noise; the five-round median is the signal.
- Rest between weeks. Repeat the plan after a break rather than grinding daily, and re-baseline if you change hardware.
Start with a fresh baseline reaction time test, and use the reaction time game for the Day 2 restraint drill.
